14 Apr 2008 - Carnival 1st April Meeting

At the Meeting on the 14th April 2008 the Agenda was as followed: Entertainment, Procession, Stalls, Programme, Accounts, Crofton Centre and Any other Business.

Our Next meeting will be held at Crofton Community Centre, 28th April 2008, 7:30pm

Notes from Carnival Meeting held on 3rd March 2008.

Entertainment: The following shows have been sugested to the Carnival Committee: Punch and Judy & Magic Show cost, £275 for X 4 Performances, The Mad Professor, £225 for 1 X Performance and Clown and Car Show, £300 for 1 X Performance.

Procession: Please contact Crofton Carnival for more Information.

Stalls: A number of salls have booked we awaiting payment from some.

Programme: We are awaiting replies from (Only Local Contacted) businesses about advertising in the 2008 Carnival Programme.

Any other Business: Insurance for P.A System, We will need to find Insurance once the P.A System is one year old and out of grantee.

 Yorkshire Day: A fundraising idea using Crofton Parish Centre to hold a Yorkshire Day event on Saturday 2 August 2008.

 VOX Network: Chris at Rose attended the first meeting for the new Crofton, Walton and Sharlston VOX Network.
