2 Jun 2008 - Carnival 1st June Meeting

At the Meeting on the 2nd June 2008 the Agenda was as followed: Entertainment, Procession, Stalls, Arena Layout, Programme, Yorkshire Day and Any other Business.

Our Next meeting will be held at Crofton Community Centre, 16th June 2008, 7:30pm

Notes from Carnival Meeting held on 12th May 2008.

Entertainment:

Arena Events: Punch and Judy Shows X 4 Performances have confirmed and will start at 13:15, 14:15 and 15:15 all shows will last for 30 minutes. The Car Clown will be unavailable for this years Carnival, the Committee voted to book the Mad Professor (Clown). Arena Timings have been confirmed will all groups and will be printed in the programmes as agreed.

Procession: Please contact Crofton Carnival for more Information. Groups taking part: Crofton Tots, Samantha's School of Dance, Crofton Silver Band, Crofton Majorettes and Crofton Infants School.

Stalls:

A number of stalls have booked we awaiting payment from some,

Two stall booking - drop in session will be held on Thursday 22nd May at Crofton Community Centre (10am to 1pm) and Crofton Library (2pm and 5pm).

Programme:

Nostell Priory Holiday Park are advertising on the back page for £50 and have been invoiced.
