23 Mar 2006 - Carnival 2nd March Meeting
At The Meeting on the 23rd March the Agenda was as followed: Carnival Opening, Entertainment, Programmes. Procession, Stalls and Any other Business.Our Next meeting will be held at Crofton Community Centre, 5th April 2006, 7:30pm
Notes from carnival meeting held on 9th March 2006.
Carnival Opening: No reply from Wakefield Wild Cats.
Entertainment: Crofton Silver Band will not be attending, A few bands from West Yorkshire have been contacted, and Tug of war has been suggested.
Programme: The order of the programme has been shorted by Chris and needs to be passed by the Committee
Procession: Majorettes, Football under 11, Under 9, Under 14, Karate, Line Dancing.
Stalls: Tucker will be attending with some large rides.
Any Other Business: P.A will be announced by Chris and will be held with the Lost Children tent.
