5 Apr 2006 - Carnival 1st April Meeting
At The Meeting on the 5th April the Agenda was as followed: Carnival Opening, Entertainment, Programmes. Procession and Any other Business.Our Next meeting will be held at Crofton Community Centre, 27th April 2006, 7:30pm
Notes from carnival meeting held on 23rd March 2006.
Carnival Opening: A letter has been sent to Dr Leading at Crofton Health Centre.
Entertainment: Knottingley Band will not be attending, Lofthouse band will attend the carnival at a cost of 250, Styletrax Children entertainment have been in contact with Fiona and two contracts have arrived for the fire eaters.
Programme: Programme will go to print on the 9th April
Procession: A meeting will be planned for Early June
Stall: Tucker have bee contacted and Des Bomount will attend with Quads, History Group will have a stall.
Any other Business: New bunting has arrived and will be passed onto Chris. Crofton Carnival is now on the WDCO website.
