At The Meeting on the 27th April the Agenda was as followed: Carnival Opening, Programmes. Procession and Any other Business.Our Next meeting will be held at Crofton Community Centre, 18th May 2006, 7:30pm
Notes from carnival meeting held on 5th April 2006.
Carnival Opening: A letter has been sent to Dr Leading at Crofton Health Centre.
Entertainment: Lofthouse Band will attend the carnival at a cost of £250, Booked to date: Majorettes, Line Dancing, Football + 3, Fire Eaters, Karate, and Band.
Programme: Front page has bee approved, Programme will go to print in the next week.
Procession: A stewards meeting will be planned for early June.
Stalls: Barnsley Canal will pay £10 for a Stall,
Any other Business: New bunting has arrived and has been passed onto Chris.
