18 May 2006 - Carnival May Meeting
At The Meeting on the 18th May the Agenda was as followed: Programmes. Procession and Any other Business.Our Next meeting will be held at Crofton Community Centre, 15th June 2006, 7:30pm
Notes from carnival meeting held on 27th April 2006.
Carnival Opening: Rose will escort Dr Leading.
Programmes: Programmes are now printed; Programmes will be on sale at Crofton Library, Community Centre and All Crofton Post Offices from the beginning of May.
Procession: Line up for 2006: Majorettes, Football Teams, Karate, Scouts, Church and Band.
Stalls: All cars of the field for 11:00am
Any other Business: Sweet for children in the procession will be collected; Posters are ready for the shop, Pat Scholefield will resigning from the committee after the 24th June 2006.
