At The Meeting on the 12th October the Agenda was as followed: Carnival Opening, Entertainment, St John Ambulance, BBC National Village Show, any other Business.Our Next meeting will be held at Crofton Community Centre, 9th November 2006, 7:30pm

2006 - 2007 Carnival Constitution: Correct.
Carnival Website: The website will be online for a 2nd year.
Election of Officers: Chairman: Pat Barr, Vic Chairman: Rose Salt, Treasurer: Fiona Roberts, Secretary: Chris Neale.
Any other Business: None

Date of 2007 Carnival: 23rd and 24th June.
Carnival Theme: Cartoon Characters.
Any other Business: The carnival will be spread out over two days and will hold a car boot sale on Sunday 24th June.
