At The Meeting on the 9th November the Agenda was as followed: Entertainment, Stalls, Programme, Procession, any other Business.Our Next meeting will be held at Crofton Community Centre, 11th January 2007, 7:30pm

Carnival Opening: The committee will contact Jon Trickett and ask if he will attend the event.
Entertainment: The committee suggested: Majorettes, Silver Band, Police, Fire and Ambulance, T.A, Red Arrows and Sea Cadets/
St John Ambulance: St John Ambulance has been contacted.
Charity Commission: The committee agreed to apply for a registered charity number.
BBC National Village Show: The carnival cake stall raised £40.
Any other Business: None
