At The Meeting on the 11th January the Agenda was as followed: Carnival Opening, Entertainment, Stalls, Programme, Procession, and any other Business.Our Next meeting will be held at Crofton Community Centre, 15th February 2007, 7:30pm.
Notes from carnival meeting held on 9th November 2006.
Carnival Opening: no reply from Jon Trickett MP,
Entertainment: John Clayton is planning a contract for the carnival, A letter has been sent to Crofton Silver Band.
Stalls: 2007 Prices Local: £7:50, Charity: £5, External: £15 the committee voted on the above prices.
Faceless: the committee will apply for WMDC Community Chest.
Any other Business: Carnival procession may be extended to the end of Slack Lane, The carnival committee will hold a Christmas event.
