15 Feb 2007 - Carnival February Meeting
At The Meeting on the 15th February the Agenda was as followed: Carnival Opening, Entertainment, Stalls, Programme, and any other Business.Our Next meeting will be held at Crofton Community Centre, 1st March 2007, 7:30pm
Notes from carnival meeting held on 11th January 2007.
Carnival Opening: Jon Trickett MP will be opening the 2007 carnival.
Entertainment: Crofton Silver Band may be attending a contest on the same day as the carnival, Fiona has been trying to find a pipe band, A application has been sent to the Red arrows for a Free flypast.
Stalls: Fiona has contacted John Clayton and he will attend a meeting as soon as possible, Chris has contacted all the stall holders from the 2006 carnival and invited them to the 2007 carnival.
Programme: The committee voted 3 over 1 to keep the advertisements,
Procession: West Yorkshire Police are in contact with Chris.
