At The Meeting on the 1st March the Agenda was as followed: Carnival Opening, Entertainment, Stalls, Programme, Procession, and any other Business.Our Next meeting will be held at Crofton Community Centre, 21st March 2007, 7:30pm

Notes from carnival meeting held on 15th February 2007.
Carnival Opening: Jon Trickett MP will be opening the 2007 carnival,
Entertainment: We will contact the City of Leeds Pipe Band and Sharlston Male Voice Choir; Crofton Silver Band will take part in the procession.
Stalls: A few more stalls have been booked through Book Interactive.
Programmes: A letter will be sent to Crofton Smoke Signal and ask if the will print the 2007 carnival programme, Rose and Chris will make a start with the advertisements,
Any other Business: WMDC will now charge £75 for Fly posting.
