21 Mar 2007 - Carnival 2nd March Meeting
At The Meeting on the 21st March the Agenda was as followed: Entertainment, Stalls, Programme, Procession, Accounts and any other Business.Our Next meeting will be held at Crofton Community Centre, 11th April 2007, 7:30pm

Carnival Opening: John Trickett will be attending the carnival.
Entertainment: Wakefield Dog Group is at a competition on the same day as the carnival, Street people will take part in the arena and the procession, and the committee are booking the City of Leeds Pipe band at a cost of £320.
Stalls: booking forms are now available from Crofton Library and the Community Centre.
Programme: A letter has been sent to smoke signal to ask if the will print the carnival programme, Programme advertisements are now been collected by Rose and Chris/
Procession: Concerns between Crofton Carnival and West Yorkshire Police of the extension to the procession, it was decided that the procession will start at its normal starting point at the high School,
Any other Business: The car boot sale on Sunday 24 June will be organised by the Community Centre along with Chris.
