At The Meeting on the 11th April the Agenda was as followed: Entertainment, Stalls, Programme, Procession, any other Business.Our Next meeting will be held at Crofton Community Centre, 25th April 2007, 7:30pm
Notes from carnival meeting held on 21st March 2007.
Entertainment: Crofton Majorettes, Leeds City Pipe Band, Street People Dance Group are all attending, Styletrax group will attend next meeting with ideas for arena.
Stalls: Bouncy Castles from Styletrax will be provided Free, Book interactive is going very well.
Programme: Advertisements mostly collected, Crofton Smoke Signal will be printing the programme.
Procession: Procession will start from Crofton High School with the agreement of West Yorkshire Police.
Any other Business: Prizes for fancy dress individuals and Groups have been re priced and agreed by the committee.
