Our Next meeting will be held at Crofton Community Centre, 13th July 2006, 7:30pm
Notes from carnival meeting held on 15th June 2006.
Carnival Opening: Dr Leading will be escorted by Rose Salt, Food for Dr Leading will be provided by the Community Centre.
Programmes: Sales seem to be progressing in Post offices, Library and the Community Centre.
Procession, Letters are being posted to stewards, Mr Horsley the head teacher at Crofton High School has given the committee his permission to use the High School Bus Bays for the start of the procession.
Plan for Friday and Saturday: All stall holders to be off the field by 11:00am, all groups taking part in the procession will assemble at the High School at 11:30am for a 12 noon start.
Risk Assessments: Chris will reproduce a new Risk Assessment.
Arena and Stall Layout: All correct,
Any other Business: Bouncy Castle rota has been shorted, as normal Chris reproduced the committee badges, Line dancers have pulled out of the arena.
