15 Jun 2006 - Carnival 1st June Meeting

At The Meeting on the 15th June the Agenda was as followed: Carnival Opening, Programme, Procession, Plan for days, Arena ans Stall layout and Any other Business.

Our Next meeting will be held at Crofton Community Centre, 21st June 2006, 7:30pm

Notes from carnival meeting held on 18th May 2006.

Programme: Programme sales are progressing and are available thought the village.

Procession: Letters are being posted for stewards, West Yorkshire Police have comfirmed.

Ant other Business: Due to a news paper article concers about serious emergences Chris will contact WMDC.
