At The Meeting on the 13th September the Agenda was as followed: Financial Report, Secretary's Report, Feedback, Police Response and Any other Business.

Our Next meeting will be held at Crofton Community Centre, 14th September 2006, 7:30pm

Notes from carnival meeting held on 21st June 2006.

Carnival Opening: Dr Leading will attend the event.

Procession: Procession will start at Crofton high School at 12:00 noon.

Stalls: All stall holders must be of the field by 11:00am.
