At The Meeting on the 25th April the Agenda was as followed: Entertainment, Stalls, Programme, Procession and any other Business.Our Next meeting will be held at Crofton Community Centre, 8th May 2007, 7:30pm
Notes from carnival meeting held on 11th April 2007.
Entertainment: The committee voted to book Diablo Dan via the Styletrax entertainment group, Street People will be attending, Red Arrows will not be able to attend.
Stalls: Crofton Scout Group will be holding the tea tent.
Programme: Advertisements have all been collected.
Procession: Crofton Silver Band has decided not to take part in the procession due to Leeds City Pipe Band taking part.
Any other Business: None
