8 May 2007 - Carnival 1st May Meeting
At The Meeting on the 8th May the Agenda was as followed: Entertainment, Stalls, Programme, Procession and any other Business.Our Next meeting will be held at Crofton Community Centre, 23rd May 2007, 7:30pm.
Notes from carnival meeting held on 25th April 2007.
Entertainment: Events and timings in the arena have been finalised.
Stalls: 14 Stalls have paid, 6 not yet paid.
Programme: All advertisements collected, Programme will go to print so time soon.
Procession: the following groups will take part: Majorettes, Leeds City Pipe Band, Shay Lane School, Junior School, Street people, School of dance, Scouts and Karate.
Any other Business: St John ambulance have confirmed there availability, A letter has been sent to Crofton district councillors and parish councils inviting them to the event.
