23 May 2007 - Carnival 2nd May Meeting
At The Meeting on the 23rd May the Agenda was as followed: Entertainment, Stalls, Programme, Procession, P.A System and any other Business.Our Next meeting will be held at Crofton Community Centre, 4th June 2007, 8:00pm.
Notes from carnival meeting held on 8th May 2007.
Entertainment: All groups taking part have confirmed there availability.
Stalls: 25 Stalls booked to date.
Programme: Programme will go to print on Wednesday 9th May.
Procession: the following groups will take part: Majorettes, Leeds City Pipe Band, Shay Lane School, Junior School, Street people, School of dance, Scouts and Karate.
Any other Business: None.
