18 Jun 2007 - Carnival 2nd June Meeting
At The Meeting on the 18th June the Agenda was as followed: Stalls, Procession, P.A System, Risk Assessments and Any other Business.Our Next meeting will be held at Crofton Community Centre, 10th July 2007, 8:00pm.
Notes from carnival meeting held on 4th June 2007.
Stalls: All stalls paid up to date.
Programme: Programmes on sale at: New Crofton Post Office, Crofton Community Centre, Ashdene Shop and Crofton Library.
Procession: the following groups will take part: Majorettes, Leeds City Pipe Band, Shay Lane School, Junior School, Street people, School of dance, Scouts and Football Team.
P.A System: A quotation has been received from Maplin to purchase a new P.A System for Crofton Carnival, A P.A system will be hired for this years Carnival.
Arena Layout: Chris marked out the field last Sunday.
Any other Business: None.
