25 Sep 2007 - Carnival September Meeting and AGM
At The Meeting on the 25th September the Agenda was as followed: AGM: Chairmans Report, Carnival Constitution, Carnival Website, Election of Officers, PLANNING MEETING: Date of Carnival, Carnival Procession and P.A System.Our Next meeting will be held at Crofton Community Centre, 16th October 2007, 8:00pm.
Notes from carnival meeting held on 18th June 2007.
Stalls: 31 stalls paid up to date.
Procession: The following groups will take part: Majorettes, Leeds City Pipe Band, Shay Lane School, Junior School, Street people, School of dance, Scouts and Step to me dance.
P.A System: A hire P.A system will be hired for this years Carnival.
Risk Assessment: Current risk assessment will be used.
Any other Business: Carnival posters have been put up around the Wakefield District and Hig Vis Jackets have been purchased with Crofton Carnival written on the back.
