At The Meeting on the 16th October the Agenda was as followed: Carnival Opening, Entertainment, Stall Bookings, Procession and any other Business.Our Next meeting will be held at Crofton Community Centre, 15th November 2007, 8:00pm

Chairman Report: Pat thanked the everybody that played a part
in this years carnival.
Financial Report: Please contact Crofton Carnival for more Information.
2007 - 2008 Carnival Constitution: Constitution will be up dated.
Carnival Website: The website was very well used last year.
Election of Officers: Chairman: Pat Barr, Treasurer: Fiona Roberts and Secretary: Chris Neale.
Any other Business: Financial changes will be made.

Date of 2008 Carnival: 21st June.
Procession: Please contact Crofton Carnival for more Information.
P.A System: A new P.A system was purchased last month.
Any other Business: Santa round the village has been planned for 11th and 12th December.
