14 Dec 2007 - Santa Claus is coming to Crofton was very popular

The two day event held by the Carnival Committee was again popular with residents. The event which visited New Crofton and the High Street on Tuesday 11 and Crofton and Shay Lane on Wednesday 12 December bringing Christmas cheer to locals.

The event was Supported by local farmer Howard Baines.

The Christmas event was well supported by local business and residents of Crofton with donations of over £175 going to the 2008 carnival.
