Crofton Carnival Book Interactive.
Book Interactive is a simple online booking system for groups and individuals wishing to hold a stall at the 2008 Crofton Carnival, you can book your stall now Interactively on this part of the website.
Before you complete your booking please make sure you are aware of this Years Stall Tariffs and the Stall Holders Information.
Please Note this service is available up to and on Friday 30th May 2008, Stall Bookings can not be taken after this date. Book Interactive will return later this year to start stall bookings for the 2009 Crofton Carnival.

Information for Stall Holders

Crofton Carnival is held at Crofton Community Centre, New Crofton, Wakefield, WF4 1LB,

Stall Holders need to arrive at the Community Centre on Saturday 21 June 2008 no later than 10:00pm,

On Arrival at Crofton Carnival Stall Holders need to make your self know to one of the attendants,

Stall Holders please provide your own tables (tables will not be available),

The Committee advise Stall Holders to bring a form of shelter from all weather conditions,

Market Traders please contact Crofton Carnival before booking,

St John Ambulance will be on Site for all minor emergencies,

Please Note all Registered Charity Numbers given are always checked
with the Charity Commission UK.

How Book Interactive Works.

Please fill in the below form including your Property address, Post Code, Email address and if possible a Phone number,

Please make sure you are aware of the stall taffies before booking a stall,

Please do not use Book Interactive to book or ask to provide entertainment.

You can pay only by cheque and this is payable to Crofton Carnival (This must be payed before Friday 30th May 2008),

Once you have submitted the form you will receive a Letter or Email confirming you booking,

Please do not use Book Interactive if you do not intend on booking and paying for a stall.

When you have completed the form please click submit. You will then be transferred to another website to confirm your booking details please continue and you will return to the Crofton Carnival Website.

Please fill in the form below including your, Property address, Post Code, Email Address and if possible a Phone Number.
If your are booking for a Charity please state your Registered Charity Number so we are able to charge you the Charity Tariff.
When you have completed this form please click submit. Once you have submitted a completed form you will receive a confirmation letter via Post or Email depending on which you chose, this will include an address so your are able to send a cheque payable to Crofton Carnival for the booking of your stall.
